Graduated in Law and Post Graduated in Public Law at Universidade Cândido Mendes. Specialist in judicial reorganization from Fundação Getulio Vargas – Rio de Janeiro. With practice in Corporate Law focused on family businesses, certified in Compliance, ESG, and Corporate Governance by KPMG. Member of the Brazilian Association of Corporate Governance. Certified by the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance to serve on the Board of Directors. A specialist in Legal Management, she was a partner at the Medina Osório Advogados law firm, a legal consultant in the area of Public Law to the Brazilian Institute of Municipal Administration (IBAM) and to the Secretariat of Education of the State of Rio de Janeiro. She is the auditor of the 8th Disciplinary Committee of the Rio de Janeiro State Sports Court of Justice. She served as Legal Director of the International Chamber of Commerce of Macaé and the Villegagnon Institute, where she was responsible for the legal management of the Project Sailing Ship Cisne Branco – Year of Brazil in France, of the Ministry of Culture. Participated in the elaboration of the Tributary Code of the Municipality of Guararema SP. During the period 2014/2016 she was secretary of the Administrative Law Commission of the OAB/RJ.
