Dr. Anthony Ghorayeb

Dr. Ghorayeb is a senior member of SAPHIRA and his resume speaks for itself. For the last 35 years he has been involved in banking and legal consulting in London, Geneva, and New York. During his career he has always been in prominent positions, such as leader at HSBC, Banco Credit Commercial de France, Banco Indosuez and BSI. He holds a law and political science degree from Saint-Joseph University, a PHD in Law from the University of Lyon in France, a Master’s degree in Political Science, and is a member and international director at the Lebanese Chamber of Commerce. Dr. Ghorayeb also holds professorships at Dean’s International Council and the Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago in the United States. He is also a member and advisor in Layalina Productions, Washington D.C., Chamber of Industry and Agriculture of Lebanon – CCIB, and founder and secretary-general of Levant Business Union. Currently, Dr. Ghorayenb is the Chairman of LIBANK – Levant Investment Bank, Lebanon; Peterhouse Capital, a London-based company; and ACE Liberty and Stone, an insurance company operating in Greece.
