Nelly Potter

Graduated from Universidade Candido Mendes in 1998, LL.M. in Civil Law from Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro – UERJ, LL. She teaches Business Law in undergraduate and graduate courses. With notorious performance and wide experience in business structuring, corporate transformations, legal-balance sheet organization and succession planning and M&A, she has already been the legal director of the Brazil-India Chamber of Commerce and representative of Libank no, an investment bank with offices in Lebanon and London, interested in strategic business in Brazil.
