Graduated in Economics from Universidade C\u00e2ndido Mendes with an MBA in Finance from IBMEC- He has more than 20 years of experience in the Financial Market. Throughout his career, he has worked in the areas of logistics, asset management, risk, compliance, financial analysis, wealth management, sales, and M&A. He was a partner and director in asset management companies with approximately 2Bi under management and financial consultancies. Deep knowledge of the Investment Funds industry, both in Asset Management and in fiduciary management, distributor relations, regulation and structuring of financial solutions. As an executive, he worked in large institutions such as Banco CCF and Lojas Americanas. Advising or representation as Technical Assistant for clients of renowned law firms in causes of great relevance in the Financial Market. Experience in originating and attracting investors in M&A transactions, debt restructuring, structuring of exclusive funds and open funds. Consultant responsible for the preliminary studies and coordination of the Judicial Recovery process of two construction companies with approval of the Judicial Recovery Plan with 90% of the creditors’ votes. Participation in relevant strategic decisions, in the financial capacity studies of the companies for the preparation of the Plan, coordination of contracted lawyers, and one of those directly responsible for negotiating with creditors. Deferred the Judicial Reorganization withdrawal in Jan\/21.<\/p>\n
