RHAYANNE LOUBACK

Rhayanne Louback has been in business for over ten years, focusing on Corporate, Public Bids, Contracts, and Strategic Litigation. A graduate from Cândido Mendes University, she is a specialist in Public and Private Law from the Escola da Magistratura do Estado do Rio de Janeiro. He has a Master of Law (LLM) in Business Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. He studied Anti-Corruption Compliance at LEC – Legal, Ethics & Compliance and holds a Professional Certification in Anti-Corruption Compliance (CPC-A). Author of the paper “A responsabilidade civil pela perda do tempo útil no âmbito das relações de consumo”, published in 2014 and cited in judgments of the Court of Justice of the State of Paraná.
